Dřevořezba je technikou ruční úpravy a vyřezávání dřeva, provádí se pomocí dlát a specializovaných nástrojů, většinou do měkkého dřeva jako je například lípa. Před použitím je dřevo vhodné nechat dostatečně vyschnout, ideálně alespoň 2-3 roky. Nejčastěji se vyřezávají různé figurky a postavičky, misky, lžíce a další předměty, zkušení řezbáři jsou pak schopni ze dřeva utvořit téměř cokoliv.
